One of the current aims of our business is to raise our social media presence with the objective to reach new customers. With this in mind, we hired the Twitter Wall software from Janet at Big Screen Social for use at our event in Manchester, March 2017.
Janet and her team were very helpful and supportive throughout the weekend. We found the software easy to use and were able to promote highlights of our event by tweeting text and photos to draw customer’s attention to features we recommended them to see. Visitors to the event were able to tweet to the software and see their tweet on screen which increased their involvement and it became an added attraction.
