It was fantastic to have Esther from Social Progress manage our twitter account, twitter wall and event hashtag #MYCW16 on the day of our conference. Esther did a fantastic job of ensuring twitter presence throughout the whole day, as well as engaging exhibitors and attendees to interact with our twitter wall and hashtag. With limited resource, having Esther manage this element of the conference for the Chamber freed up my time and allowed me to concentrate on other elements of the conference. Before and during our conference, Esther provided me with great reassurance that everything was in hand and would ask questions and make suggestions to ensure everything went smoothly.
